This scale, which has been referred to as an “heirloom in the making”, combines the rugged accuracy of our professional Bakers’ Scale with a decorative flair to produce a scale that is both aesthetically pleasing and utilitarian. Made of cast iron with case hardened steel pivots and bearings, and a polished brass 1lb. beam in 1/4 ounce increments, this scale is available in a variety of configurations to meet your needs.

The “Baker” features one (1) 6” cold rolled steel plate and a claw that cradles our Stainless Steel London Style Scoop. Keeping with our entire line of Kitchen Scales, the “Baker” has a polished brass 1lb. beam in 1/4 ounce increments and two (2) free-weights.
